 Being a Railway Employee, You
  • No need to worry about Salary Details
  • No need to worry about Payslip Details
  • No need to worry about Income Tax Details
Now you can check your Salary, Bio-Data, Income Tax, Leaves, Loans & Advances, and PF/NPS details in your mobile itself with NEW Mobile Aap - " RESS-IR"
Just do as follows:
  • Go to your Bill Clerk.
  • Ask your Bill Clerk to update your "MOBILE NUMBER " and "AADHAR NUMBER " in your IPAS (Salary Bill System).
  • From your registered mobile number send TEXT SMS as -
  • " SMS START " to 08860622020.
  • Now go to " GOOGLE PLAY STORE"
  • Search for " RESS-IR "
  • Download the Aap
  • Open the Aap and register your account.
Registration Procedure:
  • Click on " New Registration "
  • Enter your " Employee Number "
  • Enter your " Mobile Number "
  • Enter your " Date of Birth " in " DDMMYYYY " format.
  • Click on "NEXT"
  • In case if  verification is correct with above details, system will send One Time Password (OTP) to above registered number.
  • Enter OTP and click on " Register and Login "
  • Now system will accept your registration details.
Once you registered, Come back to starting page and do as follows to check your details :
  • Enter " USER ID " ( User Id means your Employee Number )
  • Enter " PASSWORD "
  • Click on " LOGIN "
  • Now Can see  following options -
  • Bio-Data ( Where you can see " Employee Details ")
  • Salary ( Where you can see " Salary Details ")
  • NPS/PF (Where you can see " NPS/PF Details " )
  • Income Tax (Where you can see " Income Tax Details ")
  • Loans & Advances (Where you can see " Loans & Advances Details ")
  • Leave (Where you can see " Leave Balance Details ")
  • Family (Where you can see " Family Member Details ")
If you are interested to update your details, go to top left corner
Click On Options Icon
Select " Mobile" or " Email " or " Password " and update it.
